By purchasing or engaging services from People Magnet Private Limited, you acknowledge and agree to our Refund Policy. Due to the nature of digital marketing, consulting, advertising, branding, and other service-based work, all payments made to the Company are generally non-refundable once the project, campaign, strategy, or service process has been initiated. Refunds will not be provided for completed work, ad spend, third-party tool subscriptions, consultation fees, or partially utilized services. In cases where a project is canceled before work commencement, any refund decision shall be at the sole discretion of the Company after deducting applicable administrative or processing charges.
